Successfully defended a fund manager before the Committee for the Resolution of Securities Disputes in a claim brought by the unit holders, resulting in the complete dismissal of the case and safeguarding the fund’s regulatory standing.
Advised a Saudi-listed company on its financial restructuring proposal and delisting process, including engagement with regulatory authorities and preparation of internal governance frameworks.
Led the legal strategy for administrative liquidation proceedings of distressed entities, representing clients before competent authorities and managing creditor claims under the Bankruptcy Law.
Acted on behalf of Saudi heirs to dissolve a BVI registered investment fund, coordinating with international counsel to recover assets and close the estate under both Shari’ah and common law principles.
