Islam Tawfik is the General Manager of SuhailPartners. He has experience in supporting and assisting law firms for more than eight (8) years, and in the administrative business sector for nearly eighteen (18) years.
Islam directs and manages the firm’s business operations and develops and implement effective business strategies and policies, and meets overall growth objectives. He also has high professionalism in project management, follow-up of performance indicators and scheduling of outputs.
SuhailPartners played a crucial role in advising and facilitating the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Pan Gulf Marketing Company in the Parallel Market (Nomu). The IPO provided the company with access to capital markets, increased visibility, and potential growth opportunities. In this project, we worked closely with the Issuer’s financial adviser and management to ensure a smooth and successful IPO process. Our role included reviewing the Issuer’s corporate structure, corporate governance compliance, and regulatory compliance to ensure they met the requirements set by the Capital Market Authority of Saudi Arabia. Throughout the IPO process, SuhailPartners acted as a legal advisor, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards. We provided legal opinions, identified, and addressed potential risks, and offered strategic advice to mitigate any challenges that arose during the IPO journey.
