SuhailPartners played a crucial role in advising and facilitating the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Pan Gulf Marketing Company in the Parallel Market (Nomu). The IPO provided the company with access to capital markets, increased visibility, and potential growth opportunities. In this project, we worked closely with the Issuer’s financial adviser and management to ensure a smooth and successful IPO process. Our role included reviewing the Issuer’s corporate structure, corporate governance compliance, and regulatory compliance to ensure they met the requirements set by the Capital Market Authority of Saudi Arabia.
