Salman AlAnazi

Salman is an Associate in our commercial & regulatory, and dispute resolution management practices. He began his legal career as an investigator at the General Authority for Competition (GAC), and later served as a litigator representing (GAC) before the Committee for Resolution of Competition Law Violations as well as the Board of Grievances.

Salman also has regulatory experience, having additionally served as GAC’s bid examination committee’s secretary before becoming its legal representative. He also was a member of the committee representing the Kingdom to take a part of the GCC competition law drafting.

SuhailPartners played a crucial role in advising and facilitating the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Pan Gulf Marketing Company in the Parallel Market (Nomu). The IPO provided the company with access to capital markets, increased visibility, and potential growth opportunities. In this project, we worked closely with the Issuer’s financial adviser and management to ensure a smooth and successful IPO process. Our role included reviewing the Issuer’s corporate structure, corporate governance compliance, and regulatory compliance to ensure they met the requirements set by the Capital Market Authority of Saudi Arabia. Throughout the IPO process, SuhailPartners acted as a legal advisor, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards. We provided legal opinions, identified, and addressed potential risks, and offered strategic advice to mitigate any challenges that arose during the IPO journey.
