Talal is an associate in our Capital Markets and Corporate Merger and Acquisition practices. He mainly works on issues related to the structuring and establishing of investment funds, including real estate funds, infrastructure funds, and private equity funds.

Talal advises issuers on IPOs, public share swaps, and up-listing transactions. He also assists private corporations with corporate governance practices. His expertise extends to providing corporate law advice, covering aspects such as shareholders’ and joint venture agreements.
